  • Summary

    The Marketing Department at Dime Community Bank is seeking a qualified Project Manager to support the MARCOMM and Digital Marketing teams within the Marketing Department. This role will support all Marketing department initiatives, as they relate to projects carried out within the department. A strong background in Project Management, as well as a working knowledge of MARCOMM and Digital Marketing practices are both required for this position.

     

    The Project Manager will be responsible for creating project plans, managing project/department budgets, and interfacing with both internal team resources, and external vendors/partners to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day management of department projects, including MARCOMM and Digital MArketing focused efforts
    • Creation of project plans for each project of scale, including timelines, budgets, and internal/external dependencies as required.
    • Management of the department budget at a high level, with responsibility of reporting the "burn rate" on identified GL accounts, and creation/leadership of monthly budget meetings with management to review and update budgets.
    • Act as the primary interface for internal Dime departments (Retail, Business, Commercial, etc.) and support of ticket requests with routing to appropriate department staff.
    • Handle event support with planning and oversight of events promoted by Dime.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with a business emphasis preferred; current PMP certification.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role. Previous experience in development of project plans, timelines, budgets preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years' hands on experience with Digital Marketing practices, and MARCOMM knowledge (i.e. communications, PR, etc.) preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience working with Microsoft products (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as PM-related tools (MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.).
