  • Summary

    The Loan Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Loan Administration Department with several administrative functions, which include but are not limited to the following:


    • Assist AVP - Loan Administration with Construction Loan Advances including ordering of the Title Continuation Report and monitoring and tracking of draws in Excel.
    • Assist Loan Administration Department with issuance and mailing of Adverse Action Notices for C&I and Small Business Loan applications.
    • Assist Loan Administration with Reg. B and HMDA Reporting monitoring.
    • Assist Loan Administration with Escrow Holdback and Release monitoring.
    • Assist Loan Administration with monitoring, receipt and upload of Borrowing Base Certificates.
    • Assist Loan Administrators record loan ticklers and covenants in the Sageworks system for each Commercial Loan closed which include Commercial Mortgage loans, Commercial Lines of Credit and Term Loans.
    • Assist Loan Administrators with managing and generating Sageworks Tickler Correspondence to loan customers upon financial document due date.
    • Assist with weekly review and update of the Direct Lending and SBA Pipeline Reports as needed.
    • Assist AVP - Loan Administration with Line of Credit Advance and Pay Down requests received from borrowers by confirming availability and obtaining Officer approval for processing.  
    • Provide assistance to AVP - Loan Administration in managing the Good Faith Deposit and Loan Application Logs for the Direct Lending Group and SBA Group.
    • Responsible in assisting AVP - Loan Administration with submitting Loan Officer’s requests for appraisal and environmental reports as well as reconcile and submit invoices for payment.
    • Assist AVP - Loan Administration with reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.


    • Minimum 10 years' experience in Loan Administration.
    • Knowledge of financial documents and credit file structure
    • Experience with account reconciliation
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Knowledge of Fiserv system or equivalent
    • Knowledge of Sageworks or equivalent
    • Knowledge of RIMS/ExactBid
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
