To primarily grow Dime Business Banking deposit relationships and loans, along with selling other Dime services typically used by middle market businesses.
Source new deposit and loan relationships through referrals and partnering with lenders, retail branches, marketing and other Centers of Influence (COI).
Support Dime's Direct Lending Group and Multi-Family Lending Group in opening relationship-based deposit accounts, and introducing customers to other fee-based products and services to help facilitate their daily business needs.
Maintain a select book of business customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, while developing deeper relationships that will lead to additional deposit and loan growth.
Ensure efficient, prompt and professional servicing of all customers’ needs.
Ability to travel extensively to meet with customers throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Must be able to occasionally meet customers on weekends and evenings to accommodate a customer’s schedule.
Perform additional responsibilities as directed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum three years' retail commercial bank selling and servicing experience.
Having an existing book of loan and deposit customers is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills at building relationships with external and internal customers.
