  • Summary

    Responds to incoming telephone calls from customers and bank personnel relating to individual accounts; assists customers’ with inquiries on products and services. Provides customer account-related services in conformance with policy, procedures and service quality standards.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Answers all inbound telephone calls to assist customers.
    • Uses call center computer system to assist and research customer inquiries.
    • Communicates with customers to promote Bank’s products and services.
    • Provides follow-up to ensure sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Opens and closes customer accounts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Customer service and call center experience required.
    • Sales experience, particularly in cross-marketing products and services.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills.
    • Bi/Multi Lingual a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal/ organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Customer Technical Support experience a plus.
    • Availability to work flexible hours.
